1. SHIPPING POLICY

1.1. GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

All products available at mimiflop.com are shipped directly from our UK fulfilment partners to the address provided at checkout.

MimiFlop offers Free Standard Shipping to all customers within the United Kingdom.
Delivery time is estimated at 5 to 9 business days after dispatch.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 4 business days after payment confirmation in our system.

A tracking code is always provided so customers can follow the progress of their delivery.

Important: In certain situations, the delivery timeframe may be extended due to factors outside our control, such as delays from carriers, strikes, high seasonal demand, weather conditions, or technical issues.

MimiFlop guarantees the delivery of all orders. If a package is lost or damaged during transit, the customer is entitled to a full refund or a replacement item at no additional cost.

All parcels include shipping insurance and online tracking.


1.2. SECURED SHIPPING

If a package is delayed and not delivered within 30 business days from the date of dispatch, the customer will automatically be eligible for a 100% refund.

Note: Customers may receive multiple packages if their order contains items fulfilled by different partner warehouses. This is normal and should not cause concern.


1.3. ORDER TRACKING

All orders are shipped through reliable UK carriers, and every shipment includes a unique tracking code.

The tracking code will be sent to the customer’s email as soon as it becomes available in our system.

Tracking information is usually available within 2 to 4 business days after payment confirmation.

MimiFlop also provides guidance on how to track your order if needed.


2. IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

2.1. ADDRESS INFORMATION

MimiFlop ships orders to the exact address provided by the customer during checkout.
To avoid delivery issues, please ensure that all address details are accurate and complete.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.


2.2. RECIPIENT NOT AVAILABLE

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive your parcel.

Carriers may perform multiple delivery attempts. If no one is available, the parcel may be taken to a local depot for collection.

If the package is returned to our fulfilment centre due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, MimiFlop will reship the item at no extra cost.

All status updates regarding delivery attempts and collection points will appear in the tracking system provided by the carrier.


2.3. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

MimiFlop is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information entered by the customer.

If the delivery fails due to address issues or the parcel is not collected at the depot, customers may request:

  • A refund, or
  • A free reshipment

Provided that the issue is reported to our support team.


2.4. TAXES AND DUTIES

Shipments within the United Kingdom are not subject to any additional import taxes or duties.

Customers pay only the product amount displayed on our website.
